Yes crankshafts were cheap in 1972 but not anymore. That price is actually
lower than list price at Honda now. The next step in maintaining the cars
will be to find someone to rebuild the crankshafts at a reasonable expense.
Several owners have spent alot of time and not to mention alot of money so
other owners can still drive and enjoy there cars myself being one of them. I
should also mention Miles Chappell and Bill Colford and thank them for there
efforts, I have spent alot of money with these guys and will continue to do
so in the future. Parts are out there if you want to fix and enjoy your honda
600 you can. Happy motoring to all and drive the cars don't look at them.
Drove my 1970 Honda N600 Hawaiian model yesterday passed 51 cars on the
interstate.
