Petersen Publishing printed a publication called "The Complete Book of Japanese Import Cars" in the early 70's. On page 126 it speaks of a Southern California Honda Dealer Bill Krause that had a Hawaiian Export Version Honda 600 converted into a Pickup. A rather nice looking item. But, it differs from the two displayed in e-bay in that the rear trunk area had side panels extending the bed over the rear bumper pan. It does not say anything about more than this single car being constructed but does say that it cost an additional $1600.00 to be done.
