wiper motor and linkage removal
I looked in the shop manual I didn't see the method for removing them. I've removed the motor boltsr but I wasn't sure if the arms linkage can come out without removing the cowl

Did you look in the parts manual?

Took it all out tonite ,cleaned and lubricated everything and reinstalled...I'm glad my wife was there to help, her long thin arms were able to go in from the right side and line up the wiper shafts. One of the things I like on this car is every thing unbolts easily no rusty bolts or nuts. My next question is where can I get wiper blades or refill to fit our cars?
Re: wiper motor and linkage removal
My original blades used to be 10 inch in length. I ended up using an 11 inch blade intended for a VW bug. After that I started using 12 inch blades. If necessary, you can trim the length of the blade.
good luck,
