Honda dimensions

Post by garichick »

Hi,
What are the dimensions of the N and Z600s? Would I be able to
get one in the bed of my '02 long bed Chevy pickup? I can get a
Subaru 360 in with no problem. My NSU Prinz is a few inches too
wide (hits the wheelwells of the pickup).
Thanks,
gary

According to this page...
http://www.luk-korbmacher.de/Autos/tdz.htm
...the Coupe is 117.9 inches long (2995mm) (1 meter = 39.37 inches)
There are other specs there as well - have a look.

Gary, you should be able to put one in the back of a full size p/u
with no problem. I just hauled 3 at one time from the sacramento
area back to oregon. 2 on a trailer and 1 in the back of my ford
F250. I did take out the bed liner. the car rolled right in, the
tire did rub the wheel wells as they passed, but just slightly. we
did turn a few heads going up I-5 to Oregon. and had many
conversations evertime we stopped. it was a great trip. I did have
to leave the tailgate on cause the rear tires didn't fit all the way
into the bed, but it was close. and the cars are light enough that
the tailgate didn't even flex as the car rolled over it. I post a
picture in the photo section for you to look at. look at the huhbob
folder.
For everyone else, I'll be doing an inventory of what i picked
up at Jim's and figure out what i need, then I will post what i have
for sale. If you have any particuar parts needed then e-mail me and
I'll let you know if i have it. ( huhbob@... ).
