Anyway to add AC to the 600 or somehow to make it cooler?

I was going to raz you about the 600's alternator output being too small
cause it's a motorcycle type alternator then I looked up the specs and its not too bad. The American H600's output is 12volts @ 1200+ rpm @ 30 amps. If you could find a small window AC that would fit in the trunk and plumb the ducts so they would blow forward from the sides of the back seat
and also duct the hot exhaust ( maybe from the rear side vents ) then you would have a real chance at the ultimate feat! Honda 600 AC without any
external modifications.

Why not a forced air unit like the VW people like to put on their windows of old bugs and such?
The new ones are real trick and have a 12v motor so that you stay cool at lights!

They do have some pretty small units for sale these days, so it may not be a problem. I was just going to insulate the trunk real well and drill a hole for the tube that collects condensation. I was going to remove the back seat and replace it with a board with a hole in it for the cool air vent. I did remove the rear seat and replace it with an upholstered board. But I mounted four speakers on it and put a modern CD player in the dash instead of doing the AC thing. Tunes were just more important! Now that it's heating up I'm starting to look at the AC project again.

Hmmm, raz me, eh? :o)
I think that 30 amps at idle is not bad at all. I dare say that you can find an extrememly small AC unit that would work. I'm gonna do some snooping around.
