I think a top priority part we need made is the camshafts need
to be modified to accept a removable sprocket.

sprockets are removable. I have a big box full of stock cams that have
broken or worn teeth. 20 years back I had a guy in San Jose that would
reweld ones that were broken then reshape them.

The cam in the land speed record car that Tim Mings is salvaging has a removable (actually its adjustable) cam sprocket on it. (Facebook).
I have approached him trying to buy or borrow it. I would like to know the specs on it, but I really wanted to have a copy of it made and perhaps run it in a car I just bought last week. So far, he seems to not want to part with it. That engine had a lot of pretty trick stuff on it that I saw. Like additional oil lines running up to the cam bearing areas (they really needed my roller cam conversion, lol).
