Brake reservoir hoses

Post by tgm_enterprizes »

I need to replace the 2 hoses that go to the master cylinder. Is there a special type hose I need?
Am I wrong in saying fuel line won't work?
Also, I have a late coupe and assume the brake booster is shot, What parts will I need and who has them?

When I added a remote fill canister to my Powell I got a piece of hose from a local store that sells
hydraulic fittings & tubing. It is rated for brake fluids.
The booster seals supplied by the competition  don't fit well and are machined instead of cast. One
of my customers sent me a set and I tried to install but the main piston would not move and I was able to find enough
good used seals to complete his job. I hear Karps does rebuilds on boosters - I'd love to dismantle one of theirs
to see what's in it.
