where are you located, knowing this will help because we can direct you to people closer to you to help out.
i bought all my brake parts from http://www.honda600carparts.com .
when i bought everything i didn't know anything about these cars so it was an easy source to get everything in one place.  almost everything i purchased i was very happy with.  the rear wheel cylinders are/were the wrong thread pitch so i ended up finding some NOS ones but you could easily rebuild your stock ones as long as they're not fully corroded inside.
the front brake cylinders he sells were great.  i bought the full kit including pads and it was a direct bolt on with no issues. like new.   again if you're mechanically included you could rebuild them yourself and save some money.
the brake lines he sells are nice,  look like original.  the fronts match up perfect the rear uses a small adapter to match up because of the thread pitch.
i bought a master cylinder kit and a re-sleeved cylinder from him and it was good.  i had some leaking issues at one point but it very well could have been due to my own fault and its fine now.  i may have nicked a seal when installing or something i don't know but its fine now.
how mechanically inclined are you.  do you have the tools to do all the work yourself?  have you worked on cars before.  go here and download the manuals for your car and just start reading.  i spent many many days and night just reading all the old group posts for valuable info and have read the manual as well.  the more you learn the more everything will make sense.  also download the parts catalog.  it'll help you in knowing how everything goes back together.

also Mike Oconnor sells lots of parts as well.  Way more than what he has listed on his site.  He has helped me numerous times.  From engine rebuild work to NOS parts to just someone to talk to when you need help quick.  if you buy from him you'll get the tech support that you won't get when buying from other websites. i speak with him on a regular basis and he's going to be rebuilding another engine for me over the winter
His website is here and i don't think you'll find anyone that has a bad thing to say about him.  He's been working on these cars for 20+ years

I know my way around a car and love this stuff. I have a manual and have started reading. How do you know the size of the master Cyl.? Can I just buy it and convert it all to the same size? Just a thought. I would rather rebuild it to say I did the work for the ground up. Its a Cali car so very little rust near hubs.

on the side of the master cylinder it will be stamped in the metal and will say 11/16 or 3/4.  if its the 3/4 you'll have to crack it open i believe to know if it has the thin or thick seals.
