First Honda in the Temecula Rod Run

Well Honda will be represented at the Temecula Rod Run tomorrow when I Roll in with my daily driven 70 sedan. From what ive heard there has never been a Honda entered in the 7 years this show has been running so I'm excited to be the first. The show has over 700 entries of pre 1974 classics and Hot Rods and runs all day tomorrow in old town Temecula California if anyone is in the area.

Just curious how you fared was the show worth it? by the way I'm in MoVal we should do the Datsun show together sometime I have a 71' n600 the Datsun people love to have other brands there they're real friendly, In cas you're interested it's the 3rd Saturday behind Portillo's Hot Dogs Let me know

The arod Run was great I was able to park next to a 71 mini Cooper from Valencia and we had a great time. My Honda was well recieved and I was very busy answering questions and listening to other peoples stories all day. At the end of the show all the cars parade out through Old Town with the sidewalks packed with people, and even though there were very nice cars all around me I got a lot of cheers and thumbs up from the crowds. Definitely worth going to if it is held again next year. The Datsun show would be fun I will have to check and see when I can make it out there and take a ride.
