let me ask something, when my father bought this car, had this license
plate, unfortunately I do not know if it belongs from United States or
another country, can you help me, please...?

Um, that is not from the united states, and if I had to make a severly uneducated guess I would say maybe england or germany, but again, I really have no Idea. Sorr to be of no help besides saying its not U.S.

Re: license plate.
That's an old French plate. The last two numbers show the registration district (d�partement). 75 means for the old and new plates: Paris.
You can see a sample photo on the French Honda club:

than click "En visite chez...." .In the new window click "Nicolas Saillet": you can see a N 600 with the plate that's similar. Tha last two numbers (91) mean that the car was registered in the district of Essone.
