Back Home from Hospital

 I back home with a new Titanium back and a rebuilt shoulder
i still fill like crap but I'm home, i hope a can go to the  MicroSouth 2004
on March 26 & 27 and meet some of you.

Hi Jose:
Something to look forward to....
I know what you mean.  I have a few studs in my shoulder, pins in my legs and staples in both wrists that can tell me when the clouds are near by.   And it will be the same for some time to come.  In fact they say that when your cremated these parts will still be usable.

Hi Bill
That is funny, I fill like a weather station 2 cold fronts wen by send Monday
and I felt like I whose been crush, is a pain that not even the pain pills can
relive. I hope it gets better.

I had a knee replaced in August.  Worst pain I ever encountered.  That was then.  Now I zip around like a kid.  I work out with weights and walk at 4.4 mph on a treadmill for 30 minutes three days a week.  I still have some weather forecasting pain but it is nothing like it was before the replacement.  I drive my manual shift cars and crawl around, under, in and out of cars with ease again.  Do the therapy.  Do all of it and then do a little more than they say for you to.  It pays dividends in a few months and the pain does go away.  I remember I hurt but have forgotten the actual pain.  The mind is a wonderful thing.  It forgets what it needs to.
