Play in steering wheel making driving wobbly. Shaft from steering tight as is rack and tie rods. Down to box... Is there a rebuild on this thing?

Talk to miles chappel or Tim mings. They both have what u need to rebuild your wobbly rack. The bushings inside turn to slime after years of sitting.
