There is no dwell given in any of the manuals.
Dwell is a result of point gap. Gap is listed as .012-.018 for these cars. Usually a vehicle runs better with more dwell to a point so that the coil has time to saturate and develop enough charge to fire the spark plug. Without enough dwell there a chance for a high speed misfire especially under load.
If you have a dwell meter that reads 2 cylinders and want to know what the dwell is then carefully gap the points and read the resulting dwell afterwards. Otherwise just carefully gap the points and run it!

Thanks for the dwell info, I actually found it in the blue shop manual under "Engine Tune up" section page 2-11, in the middle of the page!

The Sedan shop manual on page 2-11 (half way down the page) under "Dwell Angle" states "Dwell angle cooelates with contact point gap."  Check dwell angle with a dwell meter while the engine is thoroughly warmed up.  Normal dwell angle; 90 degrees
Dale is correct.

Better set gap to .015" and while on the high point of lobe rotate the points plate backwards like the vac advance does with your finger and see if point gap gets wider. Most of the time the base plates are so worn you can add 10-20 thous to the gap. Oh, right and add a light film of grease to the rubbing block on the points.
