Early sedan engine
Early sedan engine
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about early production numbers. I picked up a engine with a fairly low number on it (1015410) and I am curious as to how early this engine is. Thanks in advance.

Re: Early sedan engine
All engines starting with N600E 10----- are non synchro sedan engines. The oldest engine I ever saw belonged to Tim Mings about 25 years ago. He had one with herringbone (chevron) final drive gear. I was at his dad's house and it was dismantled on his work bench. I should have gotten a picture of it.
