The chrome trim you have was present on the 1972 model year of the AN600 sedan. Honda started making the 1972 model year in late 1971.

Side Molding Unit part number i61011-537-000 was available on all Honda AN 600 B models which were manufactured from April 1972 on. Ref. Honda Sedan parts manual 1977 issue page 5-24 and 5-25. The N600 model designation is listed on page V.
