Does Mike O'Connor rebuild engines professionally? If so, he might
keep a log of what was done on the engine if you give him the serial number.
If the oil seals were lubricated when the engine was rebuilt and he put a
coating of lubricant on the cylinder walls and cam area when it was rebuilt, it
should not be a problem getting the engine running. And it should run like a
new engine.
enjoy the performance of your "new" engine. You should get many years of
use out of it.

never started because the breaker assembly was missing. Based on> Apparently it was rebuilt in MIke O'Connor years ago, and was
who rebulit it, I'm assuming that most of the possible problems are
not problems. I will run a compression test when I get it, as well
as everything else you mentioned.
