mystery black and yellow wires

While adjusting my back seat today I noticed two mystery wires behind the rear accessory panel on the passenger side.  They were not connected to anything.  I can assume they are for the tail turning signals, but I cannot be 100% sure.  Can anyone tell me what these wires do?
Secondly, is the back seat REALLY only held in by two bolts?  There is a wing nut near the bottom of the back of the seat that doesn't go anywhere.  Is it actually supposed to be used to hold the seat on?  It seems pretty insecure.  I guess it's a good thing that no human adult could fit in the back seat of these things.

yes, the back seat is held by 3 bolts. 1 on each back corner, and 1 wing bolt  on the lower middle back

Is there any chance you can show me how the wing bolt attaches to the frame?  There is nothing for the wing bolt to attach to.

there should be a metal brace sticking up on the lower middle of the rear seat backing. the wing boly goes through the metal bracket and screws into the rear seat backing.

yet another thing my car is missing.  Is this bracket removable?  Does anyone have a picture of this bracket so I can determine if it's in the big box 'o parts that came with my car?

Do yourself a favor and get a parts catalog. It's better than a shop
manual for identifying parts and what order they go together. That
bracket is about 5" long, is black, has a large hole in one end maybe
3/4" diameter and a hole in the other end aprox 1/4". It has a kink in
the bkt.

The gas tank sender wires are Yellow & Green and plug together right
inside the right side body of a sedan.

Alright, I downloaded the parts catalog and searched my parts box. While I
do remember seeing something like that bracket in the past I can't find it
now. I could be mistaking it for another part on my civic.
Anyway, so does anyone have a spare back seat bracket that they can part
with?
Anyone?
