I am sorry to say that I have to thin out my microcar/minicar
fleet. Over the past two years or so I have built up a collection
of small cars that I intended on keeping. Unfortunately, Graduate
school and work will not permit enough time to work on and enjoy
these wonderful cars.
1972 Honda AN 600: This car came from Arizona and has a very good
body. Only a few spots of surface rust. This one runs and drives.
It has new 10" tires, CV boots, plugs, wires, and brakes. The
ignition switch is defective and the starter does not always make
contact with the flywheel (bendix, selenoid???). The interior needs
a little work to be perfect. The front seats have tears and the
carpet is missing. The rear seat is ripped across the top. The
steering wheel is cracked. The headliner is good and so is the dash
(no cracks). The door panels still have the original protective
plastic on them from the factory. How does $2,000 sound???
