Curious... What tire cane from the factory?

Post by Chuck Dean »

Hello all, all this tire talk has me curious, what was the OEM tire on the 600s?I assume it was a Bridgestone. At least that is what came on my '74 Civic.

5.20 x 10 bias ply.  From the beginning, people put larger tires, including 12 inch rims and trailer tires on the cars. WRONG!  The tires were not approved for automobile use and the engine didn t produce the power to turn them properly.... but they sure Did look good... not so much. Enjoy the car for what it is and what it was.
