Gould s 21st Microcar Classic Event is just nine days away, and will be held next weekend on July 8, 9 & 10, 2016.Plans are being completed, menus are set, and organization is almost complete.Registrations are pouring in, and hit year s event is stacking up to be another wonderful weekend with three microcar tours, lots of fabulous food and drink, many unusual cars, and even stranger people, and lots of fun activities and tours covering more than 200 miles throughout the weekend.This is an excellent event and one that you do not want to miss. I got really excited when I saw the topic-line of this email.  Another Charles Gould, you might remember, was the author/illustrator of the Dick Tracy comics-series.  He lived (and had his studio) in Woodstock, IL, just the next town over from where I live.  They have frequent events in Woodstock to celebrate/capitalize on Gould's celebrity, so  I leaped to the conclusion that that was where the Mircocar Classic Event was being held.  Yeah, I know; we've had several months to know the true location of the show, but I was excited.   sigh...Well, you guys have fun.   Stuck at home, Bryan OP.S.  Woodstock is also the shooting location of the Bill Murray movie, Groundhog Day; another celebration here.
