Does anyone have an NOS or good used ignition switch, or can anyone provide advice as to how to repair mine. The spring that returns the key from the start position does not work, so that the switch tends to remain in the start position. Are the switches easy to replace? How do you remove the switch collar and is it a shear bolt with rounded or recessed heads. If so, how do you grab it to remove the switch? Thanks in advance for all of your help. Chas

Hi Chas, When I have needed to work on the ignition switch, I have dropped the steering column which gives access to the 2 screws holding the switch. The switch collar has an anti-theft design which makes it difficult to remove it. good luck, Dale In a message dated 9/14/2015 7:37:03 P.M.
