I used a small drill bit and was able to drill it out to the point where it became unfrozen then just used a new one.   Miles used to make new ones otherwise u can probably get one used somewhere.

Let me clear that up I used a drill bit/easy out to yank it out.  I didn't drill it out to the point where the drill bit touched the wall of the brake booster cylinder.

I have had success boiling master cylinders in water. Brake fluid is water soluble and there is the heat expanding things a bit.

I found the booster part 4 that I had originally pulled out before replacing it with a new one.  It's got a tiny hole in the top from the easy out but if u want it it's yours for free just cover shipping.  Email me direct.

Does anyone have replacement diaphragms for the power chamber (big chamber) of a mid-series 5F5 Booster?
